Well, we made it through our second bottling season. We finished up last weekend with the Cabernet Sauvignon, and our blend, Mélange. Mélange is French for blend and contains Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Merlot. And, if I say so myself, it is awesome!!

Our list of wines available for sale now includes:

2008 Gewürztraminer: $19 per bottle
2008 Riesling: $19 per bottle
2005 Cabernet Sauvignon: $23 per bottle
2007 Rolling Hills Cabernet Sauvignon: $25 per bottle
2005 Merlot: $25 per bottle
2007 Swisscolena Zinfandel: $28 per bottle
2007 Mélange: $28 per bottle
Dream Tyme Dessert Wine (Port style): $38 per bottle.

As always, our wine club members receive 25% off all orders. We also offer 10% off case orders for non-wine club members.

Just a couple of new announcements: we are right in the middle of planting more Gewürztraminer. We are planting Petite Syrah as well. Unfortunately it takes 3 years to get a crop and then at least another year before you will see any of this new wine, but please be patient it will be well worth the wait.

We are still on track getting the new tasting room up and running. We have run into some road blocks and are now shooting for later in the year.
